How Movu atlas works
In a conventional pallet warehouse, wide aisles are provided for the forklift trucks. In one of AM Logistic Solutions automated warehouse, we are replacing this space-intensive structure with autonomous shuttle robots, which minimize the number and width of aisles required.
Thanks to the two independent wheel sets, the shuttles from our partner Movu Robotics particularly flexible. Thanks to their high load capacity, they can move pallets with a total weight of up to 1,500 kilograms. They reach a top speed of 1.4 meters per second.
Intelligent software seamlessly networks your WMS and the autonomous robots. Orders are placed and intelligently controlled via the system. The software helps you to streamline processes. Processes become more efficient and orders are fulfilled with greater accuracy. The potential for errors is significantly reduced compared to manual handling.
Depending on the warehouse structure and size, as well as throughput speed and turnover, a corresponding number of shuttles can be used to quickly address additional demand. The system remains scalable and grows with your company.
