February 2022

Apeldoorn, The Netherlands, 01.12.2020

The strong growth of intralogistics, the acceleration of e-commerce and the “Industry 4.0” trends increase the need for automated storage and material flow. Royal Reesink responds successfully with the Reesink Logistic Solutions Division. The renowned companies Lalesse Logistic Solutions in the Netherlands and AM Logistic Solutions in Germany are leaders in the intralogistics market and offer advanced storage solutions that optimally meet customer requirements.

Gert Bossink, Division Director, sees a lot of potential in the two sister companies and speaks proudly about their performance: “We are already market-leading specialists in the development of tailor-made AutoStore systems. Our stacker and stacker crane solutions for cold stores and other warehouses are in great demand both in Germany and in the Benelux. Together with our customers, the specialized teams realize great and appealing projects”.

Complete warehouse management system and excellent service
Machiel van den Hazelkamp, Managing Director of Lalesse Logistic Solutions, is confident that the cooperation with AM Logistic Solutions will further expand the possibilities of both companies: “We serve a wide range of customers with our appealing mix of state-of-the-art products and innovative ideas. We specialize in combining one or more of our products into a customized solution such as stacker cranes, miniloads, shuttles, AutoStore, racking and conveyors. A combination of our PLC software and the LogiCS warehouse control system ensures smooth control. With our wide range of Service Level Agreements, we are able to support our customers at any level they require.”

AM Logistic Solutions (previously: AM-Automation) has been a leader in the AutoStore market in Germany for more than ten years and has also specialized in providing high-end warehouse intelligence in the form of PLC, WCS and WMS software solutions as well as control cabinet applications. Norbert Golz, Managing Director of AM Logistic Solutions, also sees the cooperation within the division as positive: “Together we offer unique solutions that cover all possible scenarios. We are able to customize projects down to the smallest detail, making the most of every square meter while remaining extremely efficient and flexible. Our solutions are designed to give our customers the freedom to expand in the future. Because we have a strong local presence, our customers can count on 24/7 hotline support with fast response and specialized corrective and preventive maintenance.”

Ambitious growth plans
The companies have ambitious cross-border growth plans. Gert Bossink is confident that it is only a matter of time before the Reesink Logistic Solutions division sets the benchmark in its market segment across Europe:

“The further merging of both companies will lead to a strengthening of our position in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Austria. In addition, it will be possible to seize new opportunities abroad. Both the collaboration and the growth efforts will ultimately be supported by the realignment of our companies. We are pleased that this positioning both respects our previous successes and at the same time builds a bridge to a promising future. Together we are stronger and ready to use our knowledge and experience for the benefit of our customers.”
